Is this therapy?
No.
We’re not counsellors, and this isn’t treatment. It’s structured, non-clinical wellbeing time on a farm.
If you need therapy, we’ll help you find it.
If you just need steady ground and people who understand service life, you’re in the right place.
Do I have to talk about anything personal?
No.
You can talk.
You can not talk.
Both are equally acceptable.
What happens in a
typical session?
You’ll arrive.
You’ll be welcomed.
There will be copious brews.
Then practical, hands-on activity around the farm; animals, land, small tasks. Calm structure, with no pressure and a quiet space if you need it.

What does it cost?
Nothing. It's absolutely free. The only requirement is registering in advance so we can keep group numbers small.
What if I don't like animals?
That's ok, we aren’t a petting zoo.
Interaction with any of our animals is always supervised and entirely optional and you’re welcome to stick to practical tasks and fresh air.
What should I wear?
Outdoor clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty in!
Is this religious/political or agenda-driven?
No.
It’s a Victorian smallholding.

Can I attend more than once?
Of course, subject to availability.
How do I book?
Once you have registered and your details have been uploaded, you will be sent a booking link.
Do I need to be referred?
No. we operate via self-referral.
Who can attend?
Veterans and serving personnel on recovery duty or resettlement, from all services are welcomed here. You don't need to be in crisis to attend, sometimes we all need a little grounding and a slow-down in pace.
Are you accessible to less able bodied and wheelchair users?
Yes, we are accessible to all.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not, due to livestock but we are able to accommodate registered assistance animals.
Is there a rank structure?
Absolutely not. No uniforms, no ranks, just likeminded folk.
What if I struggle in groups?
Sessions are small (typically 6-8 people). You are free to step away at any time.
Is it physically demanding?
Tasks are adaptable. You work at your own pace.
The Rally Point provides non-clinical wellbeing sessions and peer support in a rural environment.
